Who We Are

Fulton County Transit Authority was implemented in 1985 under resolutions by the Fulton County Fiscal Court for the operation of a transit system in Region I.

Inclement weather notices are posted on this website as well as the Fulton County Transit Authority Facebook page.

Meet the Crew

Using #teamtransit to describe FCTA is not just a clever way to be current. It embodies what it takes to be a successful agency. From drivers to schedulers to dispatchers to administration to board members, it takes each person working cohesively to keep clients coming and going on a daily basis.

Teamwork between three area agencies helps get shut-in seniors a hot meal during snowstorm.

Statistics & News

Check this page periodically to find out what is going on with the business of FCTA as well as activities in which #TeamTransit participates. Included on the page is a three-month comparison of ridership in the areas we serve.

FCTA's Mobile Billboard program is an excellent way to get your business out on the highways and byways of the Jackson Purchase area and beyond. (See Advertising page)
